NYC Luxury accepts multiple forms of payment. We accept all major credit cards and crypto with BitPay. We offer several long term payments options with Layaway and financing with Affirm. We know how valuable your time is, we accept Apple Pay as well!

Layaway: We offer layaway payments with Partial.ly. To check out with Partial.ly you can either click on the learn more button on the product page. *Insert screenshot here* Or you can click “add to cart” then click on your cart. Once on the cart page, you will see a button to check out with Partial.ly. *Insert Screenshot* You will be redirected to their website where you will create an account. Partial.ly will show you available payment plans with 90 day terms. You can pay as often as you like in whatever amounts you choose. You are subject to interest fees if it is not paid out within 90 days.

Financing: We offer financing with Affirm. With affirm, you have two check out options. You can either proceed to check out on the website and when you get to payment options, select “Checkout With Affirm”. If you're already an Affirm user, you can get a virtual card and enter the card details manually at check out as if you were using a normal credit card.  Affirm will create its own payment plan and interest rate for you.  This is based on your creditworthiness and credit score 

BitPay: Are you a Crypto Whale? NYC Luxury accepts crypto as a form of payment. Add your item to the cart and once you get to the payment page in check out, select check out with Bitpay. You will be redirected to Bitpay. Here you will have to create an account if you're a new user or log in with your existing account. Follow the next steps from BitPay.

No Returns Policy for Luxury Watches

Thank you for choosing to purchase a luxury watch from our store. We take pride in offering high-quality timepieces that are crafted with precision and attention to detail. As a luxury watch retailer, we strive to maintain the highest standards in the industry, and in order to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service and products to our valued customers, we have implemented a strict "No Returns" policy for all luxury watches purchased from our store. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. All sales of luxury watches are final. Once a luxury watch is sold, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, except as required by law.
2. The customer acknowledges that luxury watches are delicate and sensitive timepieces that require careful handling and proper maintenance. Any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect, including but not limited to scratches, dents, water damage, or alterations, will void the warranty and is not eligible for a return or refund.
3. All luxury watches sold by our store are either pre-owned or never-worn. All watches are authentic. Third party authentication or appraisal is available upon request.
4. Due to the high value and exclusive nature of luxury watches, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with the appearance, function, or features of the luxury watch.
5. In the event that a luxury watch is received by the customer in a defective or damaged condition, the customer must notify our store within 48 hours of receipt, and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Our store will review the claim on a case-by-case basis, and may, at its sole discretion, arrange for a repair or replacement of the luxury watch, subject to the manufacturer's warranty and repair policies.
6. Our store reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not comply with our "No Returns" policy, or that are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms and conditions.

By making a purchase of a luxury watch from our store, the customer acknowledges and accepts our "No Returns" policy as stated above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
