  • Loose or missing melee stones (diamonds or gemstones under 0.02ct) due to manufacturing defects
  • Broken prongs or setting issues arising from manufacturing defects

What is Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Damage caused by improper handling, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Loss or theft of the jewelry
  • Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or water (for non-waterproof jewelry)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our customer service team at Customs@nycluxuy.com with your proof of purchase.
  2. Provide clear images and a description of the issue.
  3. If required, ship the item to our designated service center (shipping fees may apply, and we recommend insured shipping).

Repair Services Outside Warranty

For damages or issues not covered by this warranty, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Please contact us for a quote and assessment.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. NYC Luxury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our jewelry.
