At NYC Luxury, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry and timepieces. We understand that over time, wear and tear can occur, and we are pleased to offer repair services to ensure your piece remains in pristine condition.
Eligibility for Repairs
NYC Luxury provides repair services for jewelry purchased directly from us. To verify authenticity and service eligibility, we may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation, or authenticity documentation.
We offer repairs for:
- Ring resizing (when structurally possible)
- Prong tightening and stone security checks
- Diamond and gemstone replacement (at an additional cost)
- Chain and clasp repairs
- Cleaning and polishing
- Engraving touch-ups
- Watch battery replacement and servicing (for select brands)
- Other repairs upon assessment
Repair Process

4Notification & Pickup/Shipping – We will notify you once your jewelry is ready for pickup or shipment.
Repair Timelines
- Standard repairs typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity.
- Custom repairs or extensive restorations may require additional time.
- Rush services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Warranty & Repair Guarantee
- Repairs are covered under a 90-day workmanship guarantee from the date of completion.
- If a defect arises due to our repair work, we will re-service the item at no additional cost within the guarantee period.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized third-party alterations.
Non-NYC Luxury Jewelry Repairs
We may accept repairs for jewelry not purchased from NYC Luxury on a case-by-case basis. However, we cannot guarantee full restoration or provide brand-specific replacement parts for non-NYC Luxury items.
Exclusions
- Repairs for items deemed beyond repair due to severe structural damage.
- Replacement of proprietary or branded parts for third-party jewelry or watches.
- Damage resulting from improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
