For in stock items and ordered before 4PM Monday- Friday your order will be processed within 1 business day and have 2-day standard shipping. Every order is insured and will require a signature at delivery.

With every order your package will be shipped in a jewelry case for safe keeping and a NYC Luxury bag. We use high quality packaging to insure a pure luxurious feel.

If you are not happy with your purchase we would take back your order as long as it is not customized and the jewelry tag is still attached to the item. Every product at NYC Luxury is tested by our in house CVD machine for lab grown diamonds. We additionally provide a gold purity test on every product. All of our products are handcrafted to perfection.
