At NYC Luxury we make sure to use only real diamonds and gold on every product. Before shipment your item will go through a rigorous quality control test to ensure there are no loose stones or metal, diamonds missing, or any damage to the product.

What is our quality control test?

Before we ship out any product we make sure the product goes through a CVD machine to make sure all the stones are natural diamonds. We also test for gold purity and can rest assure that every item is handcrafted to perfection.

Shop with confidence at NYC Luxury. Every order is insured and secured. If the item is in stock it will ship out within 2-3 business days. If item is not in stock it will take 2-3 weeks. 

If my order is shipped outside of the US, will there be taxes, duties, or fees?

The customs office of the country you reside in may impose customs fees, taxes, import duties, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges are required for customs clearance and is the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, the carrier or customs office will contact you directly in order to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. 

Sales are refundable on a case-by-case basis. Anything altered ( or customized ) in any shape way or form such as but not limited to : Engraved, Sized, Rhodium Plated, or Items that are built to order are NON-Refundable however may be subject to an in store credit.
