Before we ship out any product we make sure the product goes through a CVD machine to make sure all the stones are natural diamonds. We also test for gold purity and can rest assure that every item is handcrafted to perfection.

If my order is shipped outside of the US, will there be taxes, duties, or fees?

The customs office of the country you reside in may impose customs fees, taxes, import duties, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges are required for customs clearance and is the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, the carrier or customs office will contact you directly in order to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. 

Sales are refundable on a case-by-case basis. Anything altered ( or customized ) in any shape way or form such as but not limited to : Engraved, Sized, Rhodium Plated, or Items that are built to order are NON-Refundable however may be subject to an in store credit. If you are not happy with your purchase we would take back your order as long as it is not customized and the jewelry tag is still attached to the item.
